2000 jumps, Tandem instructor, Camera flyer and Pro rated jumper. Gerrit has got a wealth of experience jumping in UK and South Africa. He is a qualified UK paramedic. Gerrit also has a passion for surfing and is often heard saying, "If in doubt, paddle out" :)
Cayla is the most civilised person at the dropzone. This is the wonderful lady you will speak to to make a booking. Cayla loves animals, often winning the favour of all the Drop Zone dogs with the odd treat. Cayla has 3 tandems and is looking at starting her actual course soon. Cayla also edits your videos and ensures that the entire drop zone runs smoothly.
Joel, from East London has recently qualified as commercial pilot. He is currently working towards his instructors rating and building hours dropping skydivers. Joel enjoys his hunting and a good braai.
Brandon is the dropzone’s camera man. Brandon has been jumping for 8 years and is shortly about to make his 1000th jump. Brandon is also a freefly coach and loves a good LAN session. Brandon is next up to get his tandem instructor rating!
Lukhanyiso Teveta. AKA Rasta. Packer and grounds keeper. Rasta has been packing parachutes for over ten years with fantastic openings. You can thank him when your parachute opens comfortably and straight.
Corne has 3999 jumps. You could be his 4000th! He loves surfing, his wife and cats.
aka Twakkie (Corne and Twakkie) has 2500 jumps, Twakkie enjoys his family, the beach, fishing, paragliding and generally having no plan, taking each day as it comes.
Dylan, aka "Stickers" fell in love with Jbay and has joined us full time. He is a passionate skydiver, dog lover, BASE jumper and is learning to kite surf for the windy days.
